Seattle :

@ CAR
vs. BAL
@ ATL

Green Bay :

@ STL
@ CHI
vs. DET

** If Seattle wins out and Green Bay loses 2 of 3, Seattle gets the 2-seed & the precious 1st round bye & home 2nd round playoff game that comes with it.

I know it is not likely, but it is not improbable that this could happen. St. Louis is playing better and can be very tough in that dome, the Bears beat the Packers at Lambeau a few months back, I don't see why they couldn't at home. And even though Detriot is playing at Lambeau, that might be a must-win for the Lions and at that time of year, the more desperate team is often able to come out w/ a win.

** And PS, Tampa Bay losing yesterday was big, b/c now the Seahawks have essentially a 2 game lead (with a magic number of 2) for the 3 seed in the event that Green Bay does handle their business. So atleast we now probably don't have to worry about dropping to 4.

And PS, I flew back for the Arizona game and I'm flying back for the Baltimore game as well (Christmas back home etc).

And I'll just say that Qwest Field was straight ridiculous yesterday. A cold, dark day, that stadium, the Seahawks playing well, the crowd intensity at a playoff level, I don't know there's a team in the entire NFL w/ that kind of home field advantage.

yeah it went down on sunday, theres nothing like qwest when its crackin. and look seattle can beat anybody in the nfc, whether we make the 2 seed or not. there were alot of people this whole year talkin about seattle wasnt shit, theyre no good all this bullshit and whatd we do? won every division game pretty much minus a pussyfoot alexander messup at the end of the 1st AZ game. true we are only 1-2 against winning teams but thats bcuz of our division and a very close game to CLE. im just saying nobody should doubt this team with this much stronger defense, we have as good a chance as any NFC team

Real talk.

But that 2-seed would be huge, I'm not giving up hope for that.

I don't think the Packers dropping two of three is likely either, but it is not out of the question. That's the reason I made this thread, to get people to realize that it is possible and that the next 3 games for the Seahawks are of vital importance, b/c seeding matters, it matters a lot.
