SEAHAWKS Now Guaranteed To Be 4-Seed & Play Either DAL or PHI, ZERO At Stake @ Tampa

With Philly's win today, that means we're guaranteed to be the 4-seed and play the NFC East #2 at home in the 1st round.

Hawks have nothing to play for this Sunday in Tampa Bay, however, most teams with nothing to play for on the final week of the season haven't lost 3 straight games. So I'd expect them to play the starters (especially offensive starters) close to 100% of the game this weekend in Tampa. I'd be VERY surprised if Holmgren treated this one like most coaches treat meaningless Week 17 games by resting starters.

B/C a lot of folks are either dumb or don't think things through. I don't even know if that guy realizes that playing the Seahawks in the 1st round is predicated on the Cowboys not winning the division. I don't even know if he understands how that works.

It's kind of strange to me that he'd be rooting against his team to win their division.

I don't care who comes out of either conference the AFC is by far and away the superior conference!

The eastern confernce in basketball is like the NFC but who won the championship last year??? The playoffs are a whole different season.........

A Cowboys vs. Seahawks game for the NFC Title would be pretty sick.

Probably going to face off Jan. 6 or 7 at Qwest though. You should try to get tickets, you're only a few hours away.

I'll be rooting for the Eagles throughout the playoffs because of my hometown QB Jeff Garcia. People hate on him like crazy, but he's 4-1 as a starter and has ignited a fire under the Eagles' asses. They're on a 4-game streak and looking real strong after stomping the Cowboys out. IMO they're looking better with Garcia in there than McNabb.

We'll see what happens.

Thats what I've been hoping for, it would be huge...and I would try to get tickets if i didnt work weekends....shitty.
