Seag was killed in 1996, a very bad year for the Bay. Along with Seag, we lost Mr. Cee from RBL Posse, Dion from Black Dynasty, DJ Co-V-Co from Tha Funxsouljaz, J. Strict from Hook Boogie's crew, 2Pac of course and Rappin' Ron.
