bad news for the criminal justice system. people are just gonna be able to make a damn crime scene. you could make it look like 100 dead people murdered someone. They said they could fabricate dna from just looking into peoples files.

this is huge news.. but wouldn't the evidence have to be tampered with? yaaaay more room for conspiracies! im just waiting for someone to say that all DNA evidence has now been made by the government

I dont think they will be tooo quick to start throwing out DNA evidence as a way to prove innocence or guilt.

As a matter of fact, the science of DNA is so complicated to the average public that we would just believe its realy true just because there is so much trust put into this science. It could be possible that we rely on the name of a renouned (sp?) DNA Diagnostics firm and they could have been lying without even having to fake it perfectly because its just too damn complicated lol
