i know they have classes at colleges about photoshop and what not but what kind of class is that called. i want to find a college around me that has classes for either image or video editing. i took one at my community college but it was just basic shit.

Get information on all the local colleges and higher learning facilities, find the websites, and research their websites, find the courses your interested in and they should have tuition fees, student loans, and everything related to the courses right there on the site. If you want to take courses and spend the money on school for the art, go for the degree.
