I think one of the biggest things about Burning Man is that currency is not allowed (or atleast kind of shunned upon). Youre supposed to rely on a trade and barter system. I know some people that roll out from sonoma that have a bus that serves cups of sake for food, water or even a funny joke or story.

like i don't know what those words identify with or what they represnt?

but, i think it's about creativity and freeness. but, i also thought originally it's about burning the midnight oil, and maybe most of these burners are night people, instead of morning persons.

they get their energy and work and shit, like they are more productive as the night goes by, instead of when the sun rises, i guess?
