So I invested all that energy and got out of bed just to bid o nthose auctions for him to lie to me and then expect me to take it and do nothing about it? To be ripped off to the tune of $250 by joe and not do anything? You hurt me joe. It hurts when I get lied to, deceived, mistreated, and abused... I even complimented him on packing the items the way I requested and on the half the order that was as represented, but he didn't care... And the comment about shmos goes to anybody who thinks they can look themselves i nthe mirror and then tell me what I should want in my cd's. What I should do with my money... Who think you can tell me what I need or what I should accept. I purchase as a collector and I pay good money so when I say I need mint or gem mint or sealed I could care less if it plays perfectly or not (I am buying for the sake of admiring it just like you would admire baseball cards or any other collectible) and I ask all those questions and give the person every opportunity to tell the truth, I expect them to do just that, is that asking too much? I guess so... And for the record I have bought many cd's that were USED and so clean you could eat off them, because the sellers were honest and cared for their stuff... What a comcept! So don't tell me used automatically means scratched up or marked up garbage. So while your lil selling buddies take your side, realize joe that you screwed over an unfortunate soul who did nothing wrong to you... A person who every task in life is an effort and has very little pleasure left, aside from a hobby in collecting music... So I hope you enjoy laughing and making fun at the expense of a disabled person's "questions" and his desire to buy music in mint condition... I honestly don't know how you could even live with yourselves knowing what you are doing and how much you are hurting someone that has my plight... You all shud be ashamed of each other for your words and the way you conduct business and conduct yourselves... But you go on ahead distorting the truth and scoffing and have your fun exerting your power over the less fortunate... Have a ball... I only wish some of you had to deal with some of the issues I am forced to on a daily basis, physically, emotionally, developmentally, and the like... I wish it on you. Then you might learn some human decency, compassion, and dare I say character... I am not dignifying anymore responses as I have told nothing but the truth and made all my points here... Dawg, Sean is a fuckin crook.. he complains about the condition of a cd, better yet the fuckin torn plastic wrapping on a sealed cd. I tell this retard to send them all back for a full refund and he REFUSED! unstead he keeps them, files a chargeback with his credit card to get his money back, and crosses his fingers and hopes he keeps the cds for free! He did it to Jay Deuce already.. and now he's doing it with me... and he still comes on here talking about I misrepresented the cds! THAT'S NOT THE FUCKIN POINT ANYMORE! You see how dumb this bitch is?! As a seller I told him to return the cds so he will get a full refund and he doesn't send shit back!!!

You are correct.. i don't think Flowjob had a chance to read the e-mail transcript Sean Crook and I had.. Flowjob, read the e-mails and know exactly what this argument is about. Yes, a seller is responsible if something was misrepresented. And yes they must refund the buyer if that's the case AFTER the items were returned. But SEAN CROOK here didn't return the damn cds. He kept them. This argument is not about misrepresentation anymore.. it never was! It was the fact that he was told to return the items and refused to do so. That's robbery!!

Sean, I just got done speaking with PayPal and why haven't you responded to their e-mails requesting that you send my damn cds back?!?! They sent NINE (9) e-mails requesting that you send the items back!! 9 e-mails and you choose to avoid them!?! You want to rob me right?!?! In case you didn't know that too will be provided to your credit card company that you are not corresponding with PayPal in returning the goods to the seller.. You're losing traction on your little scam of yours.
