Maybe Joe was covering his footprints really well and trying to set this guy up and beat him at his own game to show Paypal that he is a fraud and a scammer. Hopefully you get your money back. And hopefully the scammer dies and burns in hell.

His exact ebay name is other2worlds and he asks these types of questions, I copy and pasted this directly from an auction I had up:

Hi, I am a collector & have some questions...
Could you send me closeup pics/scans of cd (separate from case) front and back and liner notes so I can assess its condition. I need to check it for scratches, scuffs, marks, etc.. You could also re-inspect the cd up close in the light and tell me these answers as relates to condition instead of sending the pics if that is easier for you.. . Because if there are any of these flaws on disc I would have to pass on this... Also are there any cutout holes in cd spine/barcode/side of case? Is this a bmg/columbia house club release? And would you consider ending the auction early if I offered you a very fair price to be paid immediately with paypal?
Thanks,
Sean

These questions are not dumb, but irritating. Everybody (almost) wants to know if the cd has a hole through barcode or a spine cut. Some ebay sellers mention it (vide jflores), but some of them somehow forget to tell that. What is more sellers forget to tell you that cover is wrinkled / has tabs because some asshole put the artwork in a wrong way.

Who gives a shit about the condition of the CD as long as it plays without skipping. This guy sounds like a fuckin' crybaby as well as a scammer. I have never had a problem dealing with Joe Flores, and if I did, I am very confident he would handle the situation correctly by letting me return the item(s) for a refund. Which is why I will continue to buy from him when I get some money or he puts up some music I already don't have.

that's so real. i can careless as long as i got the cd especially a cd i've been tryin to get my hands on for a long ass time.

I agree but "other2worlds" won't just ask you ONE time...He keeps asking you over and over again the same questions, and each time he wants more and more damn details, like measurements of a minor mark or inspection with x-ray laser and crazy shit like that, so it gets way more than anoying. What I don't understand is why does he even fuck with used cd's if he's only looking for NEVER PLAYED cd's...Dude is simply stupid. Thanks to this thread I managed to block his dumbass before my auctions ended.

Not to mention the fact that he hits random people all over the net that sell rare cds and tells them to bump the price.
He thinks people dont know. He hits up every single amazon seller that sells any album he owns telling them that they can sell it for $1000 per cd, and if they dont raise it they will lose a ton of money.
This guy is a straight freak. I didn't even bother to answer any of his freakish questions on my auctions. He can keep is money.
Damn now that's really messed up  :hurt: :hurt:

Hey Joe I hope you get your money or/and cd's back.

I feel for Joe because I went through the same thing. I 100% expected my money back after sending Paypal a tracking # of the package I sent to scam boy and they still kept my money. Just don't expect to get it back or you are in for a big let down.

Yeah, joe your descriptions are of high quality, especially considering the large volume of records that you sell. but different collectors have different needs when it comes to their collection. I guess the only real way to get a scratch free CD is to buy it sealed. Even after the CD has played one time plenty CD players make tiny scratches. After what I understand this is a classic dispute between a seller and a collector. I don't take any side in this particular dispute but as a seller you obviously have to clearify your methods of inspecting the CDs and mention that even though a CD is gem mint upon inspection it is still "used" which could imply some tiny scratches. Tabs could brake from the jewel case and make scratches during shipping etc... In the end a seller should offer a refund if the received item condition diverges much from what the buyer expected (which you have offered). Then again, this may open up for copying of the CD before returning it... I guess sellers can never write too much in their descriptions to cover every angle.

On the other side, as a buyer you should keep in mind that the only way of getting a scratch free CD is to buy a sealed one. Used gem mint CDs that are 10-15 years old are very hard to find, even mint ones. Personally I wouldn't mind some minor scratches on a rare CD as long as they don't affect play what so ever and I think it is more important to own the music than having an unimportant mark or two, but I have no problem with understanding that if you want a scratch free collection, you want a scratch free collection. And it's a bitch to get a scratched CD when it was described as mint... especially if you've paid hella cash for it.

but it's a shame when it ends with both parts being pissed at each other. I hope you solve this issue in a way that both of you can live with. Judging from that email history and this thread it is way too late for that...
exact condition do matter, i brought a few CDS from joe recently that were described as GEM MINT BUT WERE MORE LIKE GOOD- BUT THEY PLAY PREFECT and I can get them repaired to look prefect. I didnt contact joe about it because wouldnt be worth the cost to ship back, as paying to get them repaired.

I rest my case.. Enough of joe's buddies have come clean about his shady misrepresentations of his cd's... And that's funny, weren't you all supposed to take his side? Hmmm... And I couldn't give a rat's you know what about the rest who take his side. Because the truth is the truth and if you have a problem with giving your customers proper customer service (including answering their questions and representing your items honestly) then you do not belong on here or o nthere as a seller... It is not just about making money, it is about having integrity, character, and treating your custome rbase with the respect and care they deserve. They pay your livelihoods not the other way around. But unfortunately some of you shmos forget that. So I am definitely here to remind you I am not alone in my thinking... Getting back to this situation, Joe is abusive and unreasonable. I offered to return half the order to him ,and he continued to insist he wants them all back. He went as far as to tell me "I don't deserve any of them cd's"... I really don't know how to interpret those words if you get what I'm saying... So I invested all that energy and got out of bed just to bid o nthose auctions for him to lie to me and then expect me to take it and do nothing about it? To be ripped off to the tune of $250 by joe and not do anything? You hurt me joe. It hurts when I get lied to, deceived, mistreated, and abused... I even complimented him on packing the items the way I requested and on the half the order that was as represented, but he didn't care... And the comment about shmos goes to anybody who thinks they can look themselves i nthe mirror and then tell me what I should want in my cd's. What I should do with my money... Who think you can tell me what I need or what I should accept. I purchase as a collector and I pay good money so when I say I need mint or gem mint or sealed I could care less if it plays perfectly or not (I am buying for the sake of admiring it just like you would admire baseball cards or any other collectible) and I ask all those questions and give the person every opportunity to tell the truth, I expect them to do just that, is that asking too much? I guess so... And for the record I have bought many cd's that were USED and so clean you could eat off them, because the sellers were honest and cared for their stuff... What a comcept! So don't tell me used automatically means scratched up or marked up garbage. So while your lil selling buddies take your side, realize joe that you screwed over an unfortunate soul who did nothing wrong to you... A person who every task in life is an effort and has very little pleasure left, aside from a hobby in collecting music... So I hope you enjoy laughing and making fun at the expense of a disabled person's "questions" and his desire to buy music in mint condition... I honestly don't know how you could even live with yourselves knowing what you are doing and how much you are hurting someone that has my plight... You all shud be ashamed of each other for your words and the way you conduct business and conduct yourselves... But you go on ahead distorting the truth and scoffing and have your fun exerting your power over the less fortunate... Have a ball... I only wish some of you had to deal with some of the issues I am forced to on a daily basis, physically, emotionally, developmentally, and the like... I wish it on you. Then you might learn some human decency, compassion, and dare I say character... I am not dignifying anymore responses as I have told nothing but the truth and made all my points here... And I exerted more than enough energy writing this and the post previously... Thank you for your time...

Hey, why can't lame internet thugs like you just shut the fuck up? He's just explained his side of this case and this is a case between him and Joe. There's always more than one side to a story and he's just given his. Not speaking on this particular case, I belive that more than half of you internet thugs dropping hella tough guy one liners in this thread would contact a seller too if the purchased CDs weren't as you expected from the description. Nobody's perfect, and even your favorite seller may have had a bad day when he's described his CDs.

And for you tough guys, here is the reply you were thinking of posting so you can just hit the Quote button. This saves you time so you can go on and be anonymous and hard in other threads:

Shut the fuck up flowjob! You don't know shit you punk ass bitch!

Yeah Yeah Yeah your long sob story is touching and all. BUT WHAT ABOUT THE FUCKING CDS I SENT YOU THAT YOU SAID YOU NEVER GOT BUT I HAVE A USPS FUCKING TRACKING NUMBER THAT SAYS YOU RECIEVED THEM?

I expect no response. Disabled or not you are a fucking crook. And I would like to put a stick in your wheelchair spokes.
