He's pulling a "chargeback" scam with his credit card company on me because 2 of the cds he rec'd were not up to his standards. Check this out, he claims the 2 of the cds I sent him were not new because "the plastic is almost torn off...." He also claims a P-Folks cd that I sent him in the package was supposed to be GEM MINT but it's not even close to that condition. He claims it has MANY scratches and would not qualify as even Near Mint! I looked at the damn cd before sending it to him and that shit was clean as fuck!! Funny thing about this situation I told this dumb ass fucker to SEND THEM ALL BACK FOR A FULL REFUND!!! He decides to keep them and not respond to my request. He went ahead and file a chargeback with his credit card company so the they can remove the money from my account until I prove his claims are false!

Paypal is now holding the money until I show proof so basically PayPal removed $249.48 from my account until i clear the situation!!!

FUCK THIS GUY!! DON'T SELL TO THIS FAG! HE SHOULD BE BANNED FROM THE SICCNESS, EBAY & PAYPAL!!

Once his creditor receives my proof showing the e-mail conversation that dumb fuck and I had , this bitch will be shitting his pants!! I wonder what his creditor will do to him for trying to scam me! BIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIITCH!!! If you read this post, you're assed out dumb muthafucka!!! You have serious fuckin issues and should voluntarily admit yourself to a mental institution!!!!

Anyone know how to convert that e-mail file as a .png, .gif or .jpg file so that I can upload it to PayPal as proof?? I know it's an e-mail file, but paypal is only taking those file formats!!

you should ctrl+a the whole page, copy it to word, convert it to pdf, open it in photoshop and convert it to any of those file formats. I could have done it for you but I don't have the pdf converter here, only at home.

There's a way easier way to do it. Open e-mail. Hit "print screen" button. Open PaintBrush. Paste it. Save it as jpg and that's it.

The situation is shitty. But to be honest you're sometimes too quick to label cds as "mint" or "gem mint". Not once have I got cds from you labeled that way while in fact they had light surface scratches when you look in the right angle. Gem mints should be absolutely new. Like fresh from the wrap. With no signs on it.

Joe Flores (JFL023) misrepresented half the order... Then turned it on me when I emailed him about it... Despite all the previous business I did wit him. Obviously that meant nothing to this money grubbing small person... He is refusing to accept a return of that half an order and was abusive to me in emails as well... Notice I said half the order, there was nothing wrong with the other half... 8 cd's bought, 4 were a problem... I told him I was only accepting a return of the half in question but he continued to tell me no! I am no scammer I can assure you. Ask some of the power sellers I have dealt with (over and over and over again), I didn't file a chargeback on any of them and many orders were over $200... Just like the one I just sent out... If you don't want to tell the truth about your cd's Joe or be agreeable to return the half of the order in question, why should I do anything but what I did? Next time, maybe you will actually describe an item as it is truly is and not pull what you did... Not everyone is the typical ebay moron who accepts anything you do and or the misrepresentations you feel you need to make in order to make a buck... Thank you...

to be honest with you, I'm one out of a few sellers that actually go out of the way and add additional information on the cd's actual condition. there are a bunch of sellers out there that are so vague and yet people put up with it and don't question it.. I sell in volumes so imagine being VERY descriptive on each listing that I do.. that'll be a bitch! So I skim thru a cd and inserts real quick and describe what I see at that moment. I mark them from good, very good, near mint, mint, gem mint & brand new. Often times some would fall in between and I would describe it at that mention the marks that i see.

Real talk tho, I don't have no lab, magnifying glass and special light n shit to see minor scratches ya feel?! I don't know of any cd seller that does that shit. I think it'd better if sellers just simply say BRAND NEW or USED (Guaranteed to play or money back). That'll make life a little easier for me and the buyers. If there are scratches fuck it.. the buyer will have to deal with it since it is a used cd that they bought right?!

But then again I go out of my way to be as descriptive as I can especially with the large volumes I sell.

READ OUR E-MAIL TRANSCRIPT BITCH. Listen to how dumb you fuckin sound in it.. And YES you are a scammer.. when a person tells you to return the whole package for a full refund and you refuse to do so, but then decide to file a chargeback on the transaction.. hmmm.. if you would have went to school and learned your ABC's and 123's maybe that would sink in your head as SCAMMING! Come on bitch, you already took Jay Deuce for a bunch of cds and some extras by doing that chargeback on him a few months ago.. you're a damn scammer.. quit trying to make yourself look all pretty on this board as if people gives a shit about you... believe me bitch your only option now is to send that shit back because I showed proof of our conversation thru PayPal! And yes they are going to send that e-mail copy to your credit card company!!

Yeah, joe your descriptions are of high quality, especially considering the large volume of records that you sell. but different collectors have different needs when it comes to their collection. I guess the only real way to get a scratch free CD is to buy it sealed. Even after the CD has played one time plenty CD players make tiny scratches. After what I understand this is a classic dispute between a seller and a collector. I don't take any side in this particular dispute but as a seller you obviously have to clearify your methods of inspecting the CDs and mention that even though a CD is gem mint upon inspection it is still "used" which could imply some tiny scratches. Tabs could brake from the jewel case and make scratches during shipping etc... In the end a seller should offer a refund if the received item condition diverges much from what the buyer expected (which you have offered). Then again, this may open up for copying of the CD before returning it... I guess sellers can never write too much in their descriptions to cover every angle.

On the other side, as a buyer you should keep in mind that the only way of getting a scratch free CD is to buy a sealed one. Used gem mint CDs that are 10-15 years old are very hard to find, even mint ones. Personally I wouldn't mind some minor scratches on a rare CD as long as they don't affect play what so ever and I think it is more important to own the music than having an unimportant mark or two, but I have no problem with understanding that if you want a scratch free collection, you want a scratch free collection. And it's a bitch to get a scratched CD when it was described as mint... especially if you've paid hella cash for it.

but it's a shame when it ends with both parts being pissed at each other. I hope you solve this issue in a way that both of you can live with. Judging from that email history and this thread it is way too late for that...

Ya this other2worlds person is an absolute idiot, JFLO you should have added him to your blocked bidders list when the thread came up about this fuckhead before!!! There was a big discussion about the FOOL in the thread Jay Deuce made, because he pulled the exact same bullshit on him.

JFLO can you post his name and mailing address here just so people can remember what is, thanks if you can.

Who gives a shit about the condition of the CD as long as it plays without skipping. This guy sounds like a fuckin' crybaby as well as a scammer. I have never had a problem dealing with Joe Flores, and if I did, I am very confident he would handle the situation correctly by letting me return the item(s) for a refund. Which is why I will continue to buy from him when I get some money or he puts up some music I already don't have.

^ much appreciated

I am allowing this fool to return the cds for a FULL REFUND, but he won't return them!! WTF is that all about!! If he has a problem with only 3 cds then why do a chargeback on the ENTIRE AMOUNT!?!?! He's not a collector.. he's just trying to accumulate a bunch of rare cds and try to resell them in the future (smart right?! LOL!).

Anyway, I just got off the phone with PayPal and they just flagged the chargeback he opened on my account and will now do research on his account to see if he has done this before to other sellers (which he has!). I'm not going to get into details on what they said about the situation since the dumb fuck is probably reading this right now, but there's a huge possibilty he'll be booted from using PayPal!! I provided them with the e-mail transcript as evidence which they are forwarding to their chargeback department as well as his credit card company.

Not to mention the fact that he hits random people all over the net that sell rare cds and tells them to bump the price.
He thinks people dont know. He hits up every single amazon seller that sells any album he owns telling them that they can sell it for $1000 per cd, and if they dont raise it they will lose a ton of money.
This guy is a straight freak. I didn't even bother to answer any of his freakish questions on my auctions. He can keep is money.
