For any of ya'll who actually live here in Santa Rosa, you know that 50.50 Records and Zigidy has put it down more than anyone out here. Not to mention we've done pretty much every major show out here in the last couple of years, but we've sold nearly 3500 units with 2 Zigg projects just up here. Just cause we've taken a minute to reload, don't sleep. Not to say that Ray and Ant D.O.G. haven't been putting in work, but 50.50 and Zigidy has dominated in the North Bay.
With Pat Rich and the new 53 Miles North of Tha Gate we're gonna once again dominate the game up here.

But if you feel the need to hate, hate on.

You can't consider yourself "dominating" if you're been around a few years... There are people in the bay who have been doing this shit for 10+ years... have a lot of fucking albums under their belts. I've worked with Santa Rosa artists since '96 (not a long time, I know)... working for Crack or Jack Records, Tha Funxsouljaz, Apartment 3, Mark 7, (almost every Santa Rosa artist with a fucking website), and they've been devoted to this city as long as I have known them.

NO MATTER HOW MUCH SANTA ROSA HAS HATED ON THEIR OWN ARTISTS, THE ARTISTS HAVE NEVER HATED ON THE CITY.

Please don't shit on people because you're afraid of being overlooked... it's not gonna sell any more records.

this aint hatred but thats a faulty ass statement.i know your tryna make zigidy and 50.50 sound good but you must be drinkin some courage.when i think of Santa Rosa,i think of Ray Luv,The Link,and Funkxsouljaz (i think they're from there).only reason i heard of Zigidy is from this board.so minus my free internet,i woulda never heard of ya'll.put some more work in player,you sound like a hobo tellin everybody he got an executives job.aint clownin pimp,but it aint hard to get some facts in your own city.i aint sayin you aint sellin,cus i have no idea,but dont say you put it down more then the above mentioned,cus them cats got catalogs and dont deserve to be in the back seat while an up and comer thinks he can drive....

JC, u an me never had problems but I had to confront u on sayin this before remember? Many cats out here have done 10 TIMES the amount of shit u have...If you wanna compare resumes well then hell where do we start? lol...True indeed you guys have thrown alot of the SHOWS out here recently but PLEASE BELIEVE that there are others puttin it down JUST as hard and MUCH LONGER than you and your brother. Y'all were not the ones to "create" trunk hustlin in Santa Rosa or be one of the founding cats of our scene out here...But I do give ya the respect that y'all DO HUSTLE.

Like I said, you know I've said this to u face to face so this ain't no internet shit and in no way is it to try an "hate" or start shit...Just having to correct an error I felt needed correcting.

I guess Apt.3 isnt a factor for Santa Rosa with our measily 7 full length releases and Theme Music being the #1 seller at Backdoor since its release.

I give SR credit where its due for allowing US to make tunes out of an established area - RAY LUV, LINK CREW, FUNXSOULJAZ and DJ KAOS AKA DJ MARK 7. There is a lot that can be learned from these people if one is so inclined to stop and listen to those that have been there before.

I don't live in Santa Rosa but I'd like to clear a lil something up! Without mentioning names the man from apartment 3 has love from just about every hood in Frisco! That is a big thing cuz folks from the 415 only network with real motherfuckers! Hit the turfs and you'll see a few cats with there apt. 3 shirts on! Apt.3 is doing major things for Santa Rosa and without them Me and hella fools wouldn't even know where Santa Rosa and especially Sonoma was at. To that other cat no disrespect homie, but I've never heard of you so try to give some credit to other cats doing thangs for your city cuz it will make you look a whole lot better in the long run!

No lie, it's the truth. Mark 7 is doing big thangs, and he has helped to bump the Rose up a notch. How many of yall have DJ's like DJ Mark 7 on your radio stations... I can think of 2 other cities in the bay that play underground rap on the radio, like Santa Rosa and both of them are much larger. It is just the truth.
