Not contradicting anything! How are you going to tell me that when they cant even give their fans an official new roster announcement? They signed like 3 new artist a few months back and I heard about them doing it but waited and waited to find out who they were. It's like pulling teeth over there to find out some information on their artists and that is not fan friendly.
The way it works around here dawg is that the more popular san quinn is = the more money done deal makes! It doesn't matter if it sold or anything, they can still spend some of their free time on here promoting. Coming on here doesnt waste their time man, even it they say it does. That is bs! This is free promotion on here and it takes only about 5-10 mins to make a nice quality thread to keep fans informed.
Like I said, it's not like I dont like this label or anythihng, because I do. Quinn is one of my favorite artsits in rap. I want to see him succedd and make cheddar, but he could use some more marketing help and it would pay dues.
I wish they would be promoting shit they own, but I have't seen shit on here about them recently. They could be promoting that new Seff cd and they could be promoting Seff as an artist, not just that cd. They are doing a bad job at it in my opinion and that's why I wanted to speak on it. They need to do some work on branding!
i agree totally, it wouldn't take much time to promote his side albums even if it's not their product, it would mean more money for quinn or frisco street show and whoever else is making money off of it

Thanks for understanding what I meant. I am not trying to cause fights here, but I think I have a point. The bottom line is that it seems to be happening very often with Done Deal and that's why I have been picking on them as of late.
That label how too much talent to not promote their stuff to the fullest. They should be posting stuff on all rap messageboard across the US, even though they will sell mainly in the bay. IT'S a good thing to get your name out there and it doesn't hurt when people keep seeing a rappers name. Eventually when they see it enough, they might want to find out what that rapper is all about. Once that happens, its all over and that rapper (quinn) gets another fan to make more dinero off of.
