the Hat Store downtown by the sharks stadium was my spot for awhile, I heard it isn't around anymore though. They had tight shit there and you could cut deals with the dudes there, I used to get new eras there for 20 bucks. They also had bay area themed clothing and other shit like girbauds and shit and they would practically give the shit away. They had these painted tees with Joe Montana and other bay sports figures, Mac Dre etc that were hella tight
