You guys know that there is atleast two hundred different ways to produce and distill sake right? Most sake (especially the stuff they serve at an average sushi restaurant) is gross tasting. But I've had a few that were amazing in taste and perv. the kuroshu (黒&#37202 is legit, the brown rice is one of the differences to it.

Ha but off top some authentico agave tequilla/tacos compared to good sushi and sake is a close call competitevely speaking. shit maybe i should make a poll about it on the siccness.

Yeah. If you buy it from a store in a bottle, you're going to need to warm it up. I wouldn't make it hot, but a little over room temperature.
