Sacramento is a weird place. I don't mean any disrespect when I say that. It's just weird when you see a city has the gang structure of Los Angeles in the 90s, mixed in with Bay Area culture of today. It's just strange. Like you'll have Blood and Crips in Sacramento using slang that you hear in Oakland, bumping rappers from Vallejo.
