50 crushed ja so bad it's hilarious. im not a big fan of 50 or anything like that. but the way he straight lyrically punked ja was just funny.

only song i ever like by ja was new york and he only had 1 verse on there. so you guys liked his song mesmerize with ashanti where ja dressed up like travolta from grease?

i always find it funny when people dont listen to alot of rap. and they always bring up a rapper who sucks and hasn't been in the game for like 7 years. Its funny cuz this bitch at work brought up Ja Rule too. I was "okay, well i gotta go"

For realz?! Maybe Ja is an asshole, who knows, but he was cool with me when I saw him. Ja said hi to my daughters, we chopped it up for 2 or 3 minutes and took a quick flick then went about my business.... After taking the picture people came to take pictures with him. To be quite honest don't really care too much bout his music other than the Venni Vetti Vecci album which is the only Ja Rule cd I own. In reality mainly purchased the album cuz of the "Daddy's Little Baby" track which I had dedicated to my youngest daughter!

RULE IS OKAY NOW BUT NIGGA NOT DROPPING ANY ALBUMS IMO HE WONT NEVER BE ON TOP AGAIN FROM HOW 50 DID HIM. i LIKE dmx MUSIC BETTER THEN RULES BC DMX GOT ME HYPE READY TO BRAWL AND HAD SOME DEEP AZZ REAL LYRICS TOO. IMO BOTH OF THEM STOLE THE NIGGA BELOW VOICE & RUGGED FLOW.

The problem I have wit that statement is I actually think X was sincere in his approach..he came off as a real person no matter what..drugs & all....IMO..

And yea ja committed career suicide in 2003, but came back in 2004 and dropped RULE, that album went platinum...Its unfortunate the INC didn't have anyone around to back him because 50 had eminem, obie and Dre all go in on him...

i laugh when i hear people say "50 ended his career"... 50 didn't end shit... at the most, 50 made him take the back seat (though ja rule was never at the top... at the height of his career, jay-z was the most popular rapper out)... but in the end, his album went platinum in the middle of 50 cent's reign at the top.

lol @ a back seat...Ja was at the height of HIS career during that time...he had hit singles with Ashanti...its Murrrrrddda...they were doing it...50 came out and shi-tted on him tough...I saw with my own eyes niggas who was bumping Ja a couple weeks before changing their minds when 50 dropped...

Ja didnt just take a back seat, he dropped off the the map..If 50 wasnt around his career was bound to stay a float for several more years...he tried to come back but it was a NO GO....I dont even dislike Ja, but 50 damaged his career...and then 50 turned around and started singing himself and making money off it...lol...he pulled a Ja....

This is even more evident to 50's affect on Ja's career...those times when he tries to come back people are like "lol @ Ja Rule"...people laugh for NO REASON simply because 50 punked him....that's all they remember about Ja is how bad 50 made him look....niggas aint even happy to hear from him anymore...he dont even get a "damn, its been a long time...welcome back"..nobody cares what Ja is doing these days...

50 is a clown.....hes gotta be one of the most overrated hip-hop artists in history. Get Rich Or Die Tryin is his best album, and I'm not even sure its top 20 all-time....he took Ja's style and ran with it, and he still uses with that formula....All I ever heard is people diss ja rule because he is a 2pac or DMX biter....but 50 bit Rule's style...point blank....

karma came back around on 50 cent for all those beefs he had.....Camron is poppin now with Vado, and Fat Joe just dropped a 5 star album, imo and hes watchin from the sidelines dissin Diddy on Twitter.....hell 50 couldnt even ether the Game..he came back and dropped Doctors Advocate and got scott storch beats, then dedicated that shit to Dr Dre, ahahaha....

you must have skipped my post...he dropped a platinum album in 2004 man. It took a long time to go platinum, but he did it. Its a solid album too.....

mayne that was 6 years ago. since then basically nobody in the US is fucking wit or talking about Jarule. He popular over seas still but thats about it. even the radio staions was clowning him and they said he pawned all his jewelery bc he going broke. He can amke a cool song sometimes but he will never be "BACK" its over.

Thanks! That's all I needed to read....that goes to show how hard his popularity fell after 50 got at him...just being honest...

50 fell off musically...he's only getting attention because of his beef/loud mouth...no one is checking for 50 musically either...BUT 50 doesnt get laughed at when mentioned....people arent saying "lol @ 50 Cent" like they are saying about Ja Rule....just being honest....
