Hall of Famer, for sure, he was a great part in the success of the Rockets. Being on winning teams in the later years and being a part of a successful championship team gives him a right to be a HOF. Maybe not soon but in a good 15 - 20 years down the road....

I agree with dude that said he needs to retire. He doesn't have it in him anymore... but he played a huge role in every championship he won. So I think he should be in the Hall of Fame... he's one of the best playoff shooters to ever play. He hit big shot after big shot. He deserves it!
