Rip has broke his nose three times..

He wears it because when he tried taking it off, he said people were gunning for his nose, and it doesn't bug him like a mask bugs a lot of people.

If he breaks his nose again, he'll have to get serious surgery on his nasal area, because it'll probably collapse, which will kill him since he's an edurance guy...

And, it has become a marketable thing for him...
