Rick Ross is one of the hottest new rappers on the scene....major or otherwise. Do a search on my name on these forums--I don't say that often.

In an age where everyone is trying to cram in more syllables......this guy just falls back and let's the flow do itself......exactly what the people wanted in the first place.

Anyone who thinks Rick Ross is a joke, i'd like to see your list of who is hot, because your shit is going to include either lots of garbage artists or lots of artists that have all the same basic sound.

Suprising enough that Rick Ross: Trilla shocked the shit out of me...has to be one of the best albums I heard in a long time. You can actually play it all the way through without skipping.

That's been happening since the beginning of Hip Hop Homie. From Run DMC, LL. Cool J, Slick Rick to many rappers now a days etc etc...

I just watched this drug war thing on TV the other week, pretty interesting bit on Rick Ross. I don't listen to him either, but I gotta admit, he was def a boss back in his days.

Im not feeling Ricky's image or music. He just seems corny to me for some reason, almost like he practices his swagg in a mirror. Music wise, That "hustle'in" track was a smash. Now hes gonna ride out track after track till everyone figures out he has nothing to offer lyricaly.
