yah he wuz born in new orleanz but no limit records wuz jus a record store in tha rich n tha master P made it a record label wen he blew up n he used to b on alot of bay mixtapes n i seen this bay area calandar for like tha early 90'z of all tha bay rap acts n master p wuz on it
