The Colts have designated associate coach Jim Caldwell as Dungy's eventual replacement.

Dungy is the man and a great coach.....I respect all that he's done 4 the Colts organization and it's commendable that he intends to use his time away from the game to better himself as well as others. A great football coach and will definetly be missed by the Colts
