I didnt get to see this when it was on showtime, but I just rented it and it's decent considering that this was originally supposed to be a mini series. They should have stuck with their original plans and developed the storys fully and developed a series. It was for sure too short. Oh well though I honestly liked it and the fact that Spike Lee showed love and casted JT and San Quinn and played their music was tight.

I saw most of the movie from the showtime free preview thing...it was decent, but way too many inconsistencies. the fact that they went to the mission but there were no latins was just dumb. and then using locations that are clearly not where they claim to be...
