Remedies to help you fall asleep

My sleeping cycle has been so messed up lately. I'll go to sleep at like 2-3am at night, wake up at 8am for school the next morning, then because of the lack of sleep after school i come home and crash for 2-3 hours... then of course after the long nap I can't go to sleep at night.

So what do some of you do to help you fall asleep? Any remedies? Warm glass of milk, water, etc.

PS; I don't smoke weed. So nothing drug related.

There is a special kind of tea you can get that relaxes you at health food stores.
I drink it on days I have to wake up early. It will knock you out and relax you in like 10 mins...

Just go to a health food store and ask for tea that helps you sleep. They have lots of it.

Stop taking a 3 hour nap when ya get home, that is the problem right there. Tomorrow, instead of going home and laying down on your couch go out and do something and fight that afternoon siesta. You will be able to go to bed at a decent time and youll have a good sleep...

One of the brands I bought that was good was called Good Night Tea.. or something.. But just go to a health food store.. I go to the one in the mall. and I asked them if they had tea that helps you sleep.. and I bought some.. and it worked perfectly. It's natural and helps you relax...
the only affect it has on you is that it makes you relax

same here. and i only have school on monday wednesday friday so tuesday thursday i wake up at like 12. but if i do go out instead of taking a nap when i get home from school i'll stay out even later and just be even more tired. i gotta try that tea.

Right on Mista Murda, you came through. I'm definatly going to get some. I go to this fitness store for my protein shakes, etc. I'm sure they have some too.

Yea I got the same exact schedule! Plus I work Sat mornings and have to wake up at 6:45. So i'm sure you feel me lol..

Haha i have the same problem as yo0h..
what i do is
as soon as the clock hits around 9 pm i lay in bed..
even if im all up im just gonna lay there with the lights closed
till i get bored outta my mind, and eventually fall asleep..

found out about it thru a homeboy of mine..
yo0h can find sum @ walgreenS...
you dont really need to drink it tho..
just sniff the aroma and you'll be passed out!
