My sleeping cycle has been so messed up lately. I'll go to sleep at like 2-3am at night, wake up at 8am for school the next morning, then because of the lack of sleep after school i come home and crash for 2-3 hours... then of course after the long nap I can't go to sleep at night.
So what do some of you do to help you fall asleep? Any remedies? Warm glass of milk, water, etc.
PS; I don't smoke weed. So nothing drug related.
