Ok, my parents just got a $100 bill for recycling. They received the blue dumpster can for recycling for about a year now and never had to pay for it nor for the recycling service. So one day, they send us a bill for $100, with previous bill for $0, and current bill for $40 for the month WTF? How the fuck do you get billed for recyling? Anybody know what I"m talkin' bout'? They never once mentioned we were going to be billed or anything, til' about a year later they slap us with a bill for a total of $140.

I just realized the bill is from "santa rosa recycling & COLLECTIONS" meaning I believe the trash company has it's name changed to that previously stated. I'm assuming this is a trash bill, our trash collector was "Waste Management" but I remember hearing something about it's name changed. BUT my parents haven't had a bill from the trash collector for damn near 5 years.
