Ray Luv - Coup d' etat 2 versions?

I just found out that there's 2 versions, the og released in 98 and the released with 2 extra tracks, one being an intro and the other being a song in 99'. Different covers, the Og cover is all black with 2 faces and the re has ray throwin up the dubb with a scorpion in the background. Is the og any rare? same record label.

i sold the original version for $45 on ebay months ago.. i seen it on there again and it didnt get as much.. only like $12
