A federal judge on Tuesday approved a deal that requires Lance Cpl. Alexander Richardson, a South Carolina trooper caught on video bumping a running suspect with his patrol car in April 2007, to perform about 100 hours of community service. (April 28)
that's what I'm saying, that wasn't bad at all. He shouldn't even have to do community service. That's not even excessive force in my eyes. I woulda just followed that boy though and hopped out when he got tired.
I wasn't really trippin until I saw the 2 kids and the park. as soon as he saw other pedestrians and a park containing children he should've exited the vehicle and chased the suspect on foot.
