So that is 10 FAULTY years in the game - why the fuck should someone like Ras trust him, for one thing Ras is better than him. Okay Jay has put it out there but even with all this 70's soul breaks he eating off on all his albums right now, he has still never put out a better album, a more musically rounded album, or brought more incredible lyrical delivery than Ras & Soul On Ice.
Bottom line is that Ras can get paid without this bullshit deal, and anyway this is exactly the kind of corny ass deal being on someone elses shit that has fucked up his albums releases for years anyway. Can you see Jigga lettin Ras drop a classic anytime around him or his East Coast pals dropping theirs. Of course not... Ras Kass is gonna get screwed again, dude needs to take it to the independent game, and hook up the solid distribution his name can get.
