So Gold Deez is saying Obama is the reason to blame for the Airline industry not doing well right now, not because there's a worldwide recession and people are all getting laid off or getting paycuts, but because Obama scolded CEO's for taking private planes.

I'm saying he sure didn't help matters. Kinda like this rapping flight attendent isn't really helping matters either. This image reflects onto a whole industry. If people stop flying Southwest because of this video, which you know some people WILL find this video offensive (just read the youtube comments) then it will just end up costing more jobs.

Wichita Invites President Obama To Air Capital To See Aviation Industry

In response to comments made by President Obama about his disapproval of companies using corporate jets, the city is asking the president to visit Wichita to see how important business jets are to the Air Capital.

Mayor Carl Brewer wrote a letter to the president, citing the importance of business jets as an essential part of a national business plan and how responsible use of corporate jets can help in the economic recovery process.

The City of Wichita hopes to prevent the president’s comment from devastating the local aircraft industry.


So I guess Wichita, KS as a whole, including the Mayor is blaming Obama for the downturn of the business jet industry? The fact is Obama opened his mouth and spoke bad about an industry he knew nothing about. Obama has still yet to address this issue. I ain't dippin anywhere. I'm still workin hella overtime. There is a time and place for everything. Now isn't really the time, and on an airplane is the last place I wanna hear somebody that pretty much has my life in their own hands, try to rap to me. But hey, that's just me...lol

I hardly look at the flight attendants as people who have my life in their hands on a flight.

If it was a pilot acting a fool, then it would be a different story.

Its the job of the flight attendants to help relieve some of the anxiety that comes with flying. I think shit like this does the trick.

The Southwest flights to and from Vegas (from SFO) at least have always been lively and energetic. I've never heard a yee-haw in my experiences but theres always people hootin & hollerin on these flights !

The flight attendants are always doing some wacky shit. I go at least 4 times a year and theres always some lively attendant on the mic.

Those flights are fun as hell.
