Here goes mine and my reason why:

1. Brotha Lynch Hung: This is one of my favorite rappers, very individual, does groundbreaking material and good production, but hasnt released a solo CD in over five years. Everytime he is interviewed, he says its done and its ready, Zagg comes on here and posts its the shit, but we never hear it. This guy has been ripped off, there must be 4 or 5 cds floating around of old material he doesnt want out, but wont release any new shit to get some sales.

2. Kurupt- One of the best MCs and battle rappers in the game. His last two CDs have been classic and his work with Fredwreck on Space Boogie sounds like some next level shit. But he hasnt released anything in a year and a half and I dont know when he even plans on doing another solo. I remember in one interview he said "Right now Im VP of the Row, I aint even rappin, don't no one wanna see me on the mic so I aint rappin.."

3. JT The Bigga Figga- He came sick in the mid-90's and got knocked flat on his ass after his deal with priority was cut. Instead of continuing to produce and make quality songs he's settled for recycling on about 30% of each "new cd" he puts out. Yet he proves hes still dope on "Know About it," "California" and other cuts.

4. Mac Dre- Mac Dre comes sick once and a while, but his last few CDs have me wondering if hes popped one too many pills. He has a handful of tight cuts on his new one, but his albums have lacked good production. Not to mention the fact he has made absolutely stellar appearences on Yukmouth, Coleone and various other folks CDs.

1. Noreaga- first album was a classic to me then he switched his whole flow........wtf!!

2. Outlawz- what happened??? when pac was alive they were commin with heated verses everytime and the production was top notch! now there production has been garbage and they only come tight on other peoples songz......WTF!!

3. Mob Figaz- Cant yall just do another album??? :)

4. Knumskull- I thought he out shined Yuk on the first 2 Luniz albums then Yuk blew up and he fell off!! where is your solo knum??

GOTTI

Mr. Serv-On pisses me off the most. He was tight as fuck during the old school No limit days. Once I heard he was dropped from the label and was releasing a solo I was hyped. I bought War Is Me and I must say, it's the worst CD I have ever bought. There was one good song and the rest were UNLISTENABLE (is that a word?)

Prodegy from Mobb Deep.

He used be one of my favorite rappers, even through the beef wit Pac.

Now he sounds tired and can barely rhyme.

Too Short-hasn't put out a GREAT album since Cocktails.

Mac Dre-the CAMEO KING! He sounds great on other people's shit, but his own shit is not up to standard.

And any other respectable west coast or southern rapper that decides to pull a 360 and do a track with Jay-Z.

Mac Dre - Used to be tight. Now he's a has been. And a snake/thief
that's quite an accusation bro, how is he a snake/thief?? Also, I agree that MD's best shit was his earlier releases, but he is very far from a has been....
