My buddy from work emailed this album a few days ago I have to say I'm feeling the fuck out of it. Caribou is the project of Daniel Snaith from Ontario, Canada. It's like a mix of electronica, dream pop and some Psychedelic which doesn't sound like it would work together at all but this dude pulls it off and it he pulls it off very well.

Yeah I thought they were pretty cool. my favorite songs were the last 2. I especially liked the psychedelic analog sounding synths. It almost sounds like it's from a different era. They're especially nice to hear because cool music is often ruined by poor vocals, so staying instrumental was definitely a good idea.

Oh yeah, and I think until they develop a little more, this EP is the perfect length for what they can do. I don't think they have enough variation in their music yet to make a full-length album. It would get a little tiresome after a while.
