After reading what went on it looks like Brooks made the right decision. Randy was supposed to step up between the two defenders if he and Brooks read zone coverage.... Randy didn't do it because he was scared to get hit. He left his Qb out to dry. Brooks played his ass off. Moss is a bitch!

I like what Brooks brought.... Moss needs to be benched! Tired of his work ethic.. the last play that was a INT should have been a catch for Moss but Brooks said Moss went the opposite way of the route he was suppose to be doing.. We need to start : Porter, Curry, Whitted, Morant

I see why raiders fans are mad...but realisticly...Moss had no chance in catching that ball..

See that's what I thought as well, he was 5 yards behind it.

BUT

When you read the way Brooks says the play should have went it does fall on Moss

BUT

Brooks should have noticed it and then reacted.

Both ways in my book.

Much like Plummer, eeryone is quick to blame just him, but the o-line hasn't blocked well for him, and the play calling isn't in his favor either.

He would have had the chance if he would have ran the correct route. Brooks looked the coverage off. Brooks antipated him running the right route. The route was based on the coverage. Both read zone which means Randy was supposed to be in front of the safety by the time Brooks looked for him. When Brooks looked his way, he was behind the safety. He was supposed to be in front of the safety.

yeah I was talking to my friend and he said it goes both ways. He blamed Art Shell for having Moss in (knowing he doesn't like to run routes that has him going over the middle). He said he should have had Porter in, in that situation. Porter would have found a spot to sit in, in the zone. Randy pretty much gave up on the play when he seen Brooks didn't look his way when got the snap. That's why he was 5 yards behind it because he already had given up on the play.

Regardless of all the monday qb's determing the read brooks had, fact is the safety was still there ready to jump the route. Raiders played better but lost to a better team.

^I hear you GTS but Moss could have used his big tall lanky body to shield the defender away from the ball. Body position. Moss gave up and never tried.

3 yrs ago I would agree, but Moss isn't the same receiver especially when it involves selling out for a catch. Your right though you should expect that effort from a player making 8 mill.

Hell yeah. He's making too much money to be running the same fly pattern all damn game. I don't know if you watched the game or not but Brooks was hittin receivers all over the field. They were running the right routes and sittin' in "soft spots" in the Chiefs zone coverage. There was a soft spot in the end zone where Brooks was picked off but Moss never went to it. If he would have went to it like they talked about during the time out they would have scored a TD.

Now we gotta play San Diego? Aw shit.....

The interception that ended the game has nothing to do with either Moss or Brooks, after the game Jarod Page (tha one who intercepted tha pass) was interviewed and he said somethin to tha sorts of watching Raiders game film from this season and he said that they liked to run that play in tha endzone. He said Brooks TRIED to look him off, Page knew exactly what he was tryin to do....and jumped tha route for tha interception.

GAME OVER

7 in a row!
