yeah the pass was deflected.....however if you see the replay, jammer got such a goo jump on the ball the he had to stop and reach back for the ball....which means that he probably wouldve picked it either way and had a clean break for the endzone....

as far as the play, the ironic thing about this is that this rule (forward pass) was put into play after the holy roller, i dont hear any raider fans crying about that play....

I don't think the ball would have been picked if it wasn't tipped. Brooks threw it to Madsen but he threw it low and to where only Madsen could get it. When Phillips tipped it, it took some steam off of it and dude was able to pick it off.

Is it me or does Schweigert take fucked up angles when he tackles? He's always trying to trip somebody instead of laying the wood.

Word. I expected a blow out but the Raider D earned my respect even tho the Chargers Offense should have been sharper than that earlier.

I think they need to bench Schweigert and replace him with Huff. And then replace Huff with Gibson. We don't have any hard hitters in the secondary. I've seen Gibson lay hits before. Schweigert be pissing me off with his ankle tackling ass. He always goes for the legs and miss.

^I don't know about that one mayne. I've seen him lay wood on fools. At least he can tackle in the open field. Schweigert fucks up waaay too much. Remember when Walker (from Denver) scored that TD against us? Schweigert (like always) took a fucked up angle and got beat. You can see him slip sliding going for Walker's shin. And look at LT's TD touchdown run. Schweigert again took a fucked up angle and got smoked. I'd rather play Gibson than Schweigert, that fool is horrible.

Gibson sucks..most of the time he probally wouldn't even be in position to touch the ball carrier let alone make a big hit. Schweigert isn't bad, I think we need to add another run stopping DT and move Kelly to DE.
