why not just have every school get the same money per student, have teachers tested. in san diego a school superitendent couldnt even pass the high school exit exam that the students had to take. and what was his reason why?????

and its funny how alot of succsesfull mexican bussness men and women have been on the radio latly saying bustamante does not represent mexicans and them. that he is bad for everyone and there sicc of hearing the bull shit hes spittin to everyone. he had a bussness meeting with mexican bussness women in san diego. next day a few feamles were on the radio dissin the fuck out of him.
