SO YOU BEIN' RAISED AROUND BLAK FOLK, DO YOU SEEK FRIENSHIP OUTSIDE THE ENVIRONMENT AND SUBCULTURE YOU WAS RAISED IN? WHY? IS IT WEIRD OR NATURAL?
i dont seek it...it was just the product of being in a different enviroment,there was time about 5 years ago where i had lived with my father in the city of Lafayette,which ppl around here might know but to fill you in it is NOTHING but rich white ppl,the elementry school literally had ONE black person...so through that expierence i had made some friends...so when i moved back to my hometown,they wanted to come out and hangout,so thats where the they came into the picture...it was only a couple of occasions until they took upon themselves not to bother comin out this way anymore...but in general i dont feel a need to look outside of my enviroment friendship,cause where i am at now is natural to me,anything else would feel un-natural,and i know what due to being in that enviroment for several years,it wasnt comfortable...but i mean regardless i have friends of many different backgounds,i dont limit myself...
THAT'S A POSITIVE WAY TO LOOK AT IT, BUT AT THE SAME TIME IT'S A gULLIBLE AND NON-CHALANT WAY TO LOOK AT IT. i see what you are saying and i was trying to speak about it from the perspective of younger kids being first introduced to rap...not some 26 year old that just got around to bother listening to shit cause he liked some eminem video,cause in that case i would agree with you,but you cant fault a 12 year old kid for falling for a trend,they dont know any better at that age,so it up to him to mature with the music,and start takin it for what it is...but you cant expect him to comprehend that at that age...thats what i was trying to put across...cause other than that i tend to agree with you, i could care less for the mainstream listening rap crowd myself

i actually listen to a lot of white underground rappers...so what is your opnion on white rappers? or rappers of a different background? that just speak on their own experiences,and dont tend to (outisde of the actual music form of course) engulf themselves totally in the culture and is catered towards those ppl that understand those things...like a rapper from minnesota that raps about hwo cold it is and how he hates the snow or some shit...do you feel these ppl shouldnt be a part of rap music even though they are adressing their own culture with their views?
