LMAO.

I know you're a big time advocate for Russel, but he will NOT make you a contender next year. The raiders will not be a contender for several years. Every year you raider fans act like you're going in the right direction and making the right moves, but every year they turn out to be garbage. This year will be no different.

Be real.
Exactly.

I think Tony has some kind of man-crush on JaMarcus. I mean..WOW. I havent seen man talk so much about another man since...well....ever!

You're a moron for almost everything you ever say related to football. I mean shit, LOOK at the fuckin raiders. They will not be a contender next year, or the year after and we both know it. So like I said, SEVERAL years. Use your head.

THE RAIDERS HAVE BEEN BAD FOR THE LAST FEW YEARS BUT SO THE FUCK HAVE THE NINERS. A COUPLE GOOD DRAFTS AND NOW THEY'RE ON THEIR WAY BACK TO RELEVENCE. THE SAME THING WILL HAPPEN FOR THE RAIDERS. MARK MY WORDS.

YOU DON'T KNOW SHIT, PLAYBOY. DON'T LET YOUR BLIND HATRED OF ANYTHING RAIDER-RELATED LULL YOU INTO THINKING IT WILL TAKE SEVERAL YEARS FOR US TO BE A CONTENDER AGAIN. THE NINERS WENT 2-14 IN 04 REMEMBER?

That's cool... I believe what I believe. The Raiders were in most of their games last year and lost because our offense and offensive coaching stunk. The Saints went from 3-13 to the NFC Championship game in one year. So I believe it's possible. Most experts didn't think they had a chance with Carolina and Atlanta in their division. They ended up dominating their division and playing in the NFC Championship.

What major changes did the Saints make? They got a new head coach and a new qb.... The Raiders may do the same. We're in a tough division but every team starts off 0-0.

they changed one thing they needed to (qb) saints were a good team but arron brooks is obviously not a good qb.....once they got drew brees, all there offensive weapons started clicking......and there D was nothing special....raiders wont pull a saints......im willing to put my life savings on it
They also got a new head coach. They needed a new head coach more than a new qb. Brees sure as did help.... but the coach of the year had a lot do with the Saints turning things around.

Are you kidding? what did they do?

they added anestablished qb...not a rookie...they added a rookir rb to an already good rb they added a couple of great rookie wr's to joe horn, they addressed a couple of needs on defense, etc....

lol

they made way more moves than 1 coach and 1 qb.

You're right they made a lot of moves. But it all started with the change of coaching and qb. Deuce was still there (coming off of an ACL tear), they drafted Bush, other players that were there stepped their games up and played different under a new system. It all starts with coaching... they did make a lof of personnel changes too.

I think the Raiders are doing the right things by not overpaying for free agents so far. We're just goin 2 see how things pan out, maybe they have some players who are ready to step their game up. They could use a few key veterans to show the young players the ropes and the way to get 'er dunn. Maybe in a few years they can be a competitive team. Saints? Dont think so, they got one of the best qbs in the league, potentially the best rookie and a young coach who is one of the games best. It is all about plugging the holes and keeping flexibility on your roster

There is a difference between the Niners and the bitch ass raiders. I'll explain right now..

The difference is the Niners have not signed any big names until this offseason when they signed Nate Clements. And like you said, a COUPLE good drafts and they're coming back.. Key word being a COUPLE. It's been 2 full seasons since the Niners were 2-14 and at the bottom of the league. So your comparrison, which your dumb ass thought would gain you leverage, only proves me right. It's taken SEVERAL YEARS for the Niners to come back, it will take your bitch ass team several years to come back as well.

You are seriously a fuckin idiot when it comes to football.

For the raiders to become contenders in the conference in the next 1 to 2 seasons, 5-8 AFC teams would have to flop within the next 1 to 2 seasons. We both know that's not going to happen, and we both know the raiders will not be contenders next year OR the year after that. So, moron, like I said, IT'S GONNA TAKE THEM SEVERAL YEARS TO BE CONTENDERS AGAIN.

The Saints got a QB with NFL experience, one who knows how to win. In other words, they got a good proven QB. It's not as simple as "they got a new coach and qb.... the raiders may do the same." Also, the NFC was ass last year, so they're appearance in the conference championship doesn't mean all that much to me.

lol buddy you talked to early about my team.. the Raiders where smart.. they let all the free agents demanding high $ get gone to dumb teams willing to break bank.. then they get quality players like Rhodes and Griffith along with some decent TEs and a good center if he can stay healthy

you speak the truth! most teams started off by breaking the bank early (example: niners) the Raiders waited it out and still got quality players to fill their needs

Quality players.. Yeah buddy.

They signed a decent RB, got two average TEs and got a fuckin fullback. That's huge right there.

raiders are the favorites for the SB in 07 now!
oh are they? greaaat cant wait... lets go break the fuckin bank on a CB and make him the highest paid defensive player ever yaaaay.. oh wait niners alreay did that :hurt:
