I've went to work with no sleep numerous times. I'm usually out of it for awhile but by mid day I feel alright.

Really? I felt kind of dizzy through out that whole day.. maybe because of the Tylenol Pm that i took, but even when I get 5hours of sleep, I feel out of it the next day. I need my sleep lol..
