1st - Outter glow needs to be removed. You need to try a new concept with the text. Background is meh.
2nd- Don't like it. The text at the top is way to dark. The overlay or what every you did with the layers are bad. The quality of it is not so great.
3rd- Overlay of the layers not a good idea. Theres faces looks weird and the bg is bad btw. Text needs a new concept. I suggest you read a tutorial. The simpliest text wold compliment it. Doesn't need to be fancy, but pleasing to the eyes.
