If there's an ounce of drop in you though, its not gonna work. But if you really want to, its easy, and you can.

I smoked a pack of Newports a day at least for 5+ years, quit one day cold turkey.

I quit cold turkey one day too in 2005...after 9 years. Then I got back with this bitch, moved in with her, and she smoked a pack a day, so I started smoking again.

Now, I'm trying to get back on the wagon. I think I will start my quitting tomorrow.

I been tryin to stop smokin as well, cigars that is! i usually smoke blacks or swishers, but i gotta shake them. real quick.

hahaha... the only time i smoked a swisher was when i first started smoking weed and that night i had my sister buy me a swisher but me and my boys never found a connect or a ride. i felt like i had to smoke somethin so the swisher was lite up. never again. maybe a black if im perkin though.

yeah i quit too, aint smoked for about a week. i still do weed from time to time but no more cigs
