exactly thats true as hell......but i didnt consider my shit crash dieting...i keep on forgetting to add shit here and there.....i was a fat fuck at one time i tried crash deits and what would happen is i would lose weight but my muscles would get smaller.......

with the plan i used i would take one source vitamins in teh morning with my water and tea.....my eating i cut out everything that i would normally eat

i would eat salads and use fat free vinegerette

i ate fish and chikcen high protien meats

rice with veggies

lots of fruits

lots of water

when i added an overly aggressive workout plan to that not only did the fat melt away but my muscles grew bigger then what they had ever been in my life....my over all body appearence changed 100% i was toned and hard....thats why i really dont consider it a crash diet cuz when you look at people liek say jerrod from subway it looks like that guy just quit eating his skin is hangin off him and he looks untoned...my results were completly different....it was a lifestyle change for me and all i needed was a jumpstart to get it crackin......i still stay away form fast food as much as possible and try to only eat healthy shit i buy huge bags of frozen veggies and eat stir fry about 3-4 times a week and like i said before my workout has gotten much less stringent cuz im happy with where my body is at physicaly....so all i do is a quick workout to maintain my level of buffness....

Yup...that's false information. If you eat a bunch of carbs...then yeah. But a high protein shake, chicken, cottage cheese, etc., and you will be fine.

Whether you're trying to lose or gain weight, you should be eating every 3 hours. But since you sleep for more than three...you should eat before you go to bed...then again when you first wake up (or after your morning cardio).

the main idea is too burn more that u intake, so u can eat a hamburger just make sure u run it off, - as u loose the weight u will notice your metab too decrease and not have hunger urges. - i recently loss 40-50 LBS off what i just wrote so take my advice and run with it. any other questions hit me on AIM.

damn, 70 lbs is alot of weight to lose in a short amount of time !! my fitness buddies say losing around 10 pounds a month is ideal, and the heathiest !! all i can say is start gradually, and don't try to lose the pounds overnight, cuz it will not happen..........and maybe don't check the scale, cuz that can mess up your head. it don't matter how much u weigh, cuz we all know muscle weighs more than fat, BUT u just don't want your gut all hanging out cuz alot of the girls find that unattractive !! god luck

try drinking caffeine like coffeee or soda instead of takin that ephedra crap. youll get the same effect. plus do something that distract you thru the day so you wont think about food too much and end up like oso locs fat ass. LOL

no... it isn't close to being the same. caffeine gives your a short lived spurt of energy...thats it.

ephedra increases your metabolism by speeding up your heart rate while its thermogenic properties literally burn fat. and, in the correct dosage, is completely 100% safe.

just save up 1,500 dollars and buy a cycle of hgh. shoot that shit where you need the most work and it will literally eat the fat off your body and you will loose all 70 pounds in about 3-4 months. good work out and decent eating is nessassary. breev on me when you ready.
