I hope youre just playin around cus any weight loss supplements made with ephedra is illegal.
No it's not...

But to answer your question...there is no "quickest way". 70 pounds isn't gonna come off overnight.

First thing you need to do is come up with a good healthy diet...this should be based on your weight. Your diet is the most important thing...high in protein, low in carbs.

Do cardio first thing in the morning.

If you do a search...I'm pretty sure this has been discussed before.

didnt you guys hear they lifted the ban on ephedra?

like a two months ago, a judge lifted the ban based on the fact that THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE THAT IT WAS HARMFUL.

everyone who had died while taking ephedra were 1) taking 10 times the dose you're suppose to and 2) had previous heart conditions and shouldnt have been taking it in the first place

its perfectly safe though if you use it right. and it DOES work.

and like gimpy said, you gotta combine supplements with a good diet (less than 2000 cals a day) and a steady workout routine. weight lifting is just important as cardio

heres what i did

i dont know what your schedule is like but i woke up in the morning drank some unsweetened black tea

then i filled up a huge apple juice container with water and choked down as much as i could before my workout

i bought myself 2 pieces of exercise equiptment...a stationary bike and some other maqchine you sit on and use your legs and arms to push and pull....

i would start off my morning with 20 minutes on the bike then 10 minutes on the other machine

then i went into a weightlifting regime

bench press/crunchs

curl/leg press

squat/fly (pecks)

reverse arm curl/tricep workout

ab twist/shoulder workout

wrist curls/calf workout

i did 4 sets of 25 each of these

i would do a set of bench press then while resting id do the set of crunchs so i was never resting fully and always sweating....

now if you got time every day if you can go quick you can get this workout done in about two hours seems long but you feel great afterwords.....if you have the time

now as far as diet.......

i myslef have fruit and tea for breakfast

for lucnh i have more fruit

dinner when i was on a diet i would have a bowl of brown rice with salsa.....

now heres the thing about this
it may seem extreme and tough but if you stick to a plan like this i was able to shed about 10 pounds a week so if you need to lose 70 you could easily lose alot of it in about 2 1/2 months....

the good thing is after you lose the weight you can ease back on teh workouts

i now do in teh afternoon

20 minutes on teh bike in the morning

and the workout i listed but i have it down to 3 sets of ten each exercise in the afternoon after work

that maintains what i wanna stay at and only takes about 30 minutes for teh weightlifting cycle

they key is to drink lots of water i drink about a gallon a day....and cut out the startches/sugars/carbs

so if you have time id figure out a workout plan that suits you mine pretty much hits all teh major muscle groups and works for me you have to inclue about 30 minutes of cardio in there as well

but i mean you can ride a bike in your house or you can go running and if your to fat to run you canm walk hella briskly whatever whatever my shit was geared toward being comfortable in my own house

so if you have time liek i did you can easlily lose the wight and then cut the workout down extremly just to maintain the weight loss

hope that helped a little bit

you can check out

Suspect....

That is one of the worst workout/diet plans I have ever seen.

I don't know if that was in Men's Health, but if so...whoever wrote that workout plan should be fired.

shit worked for me so fuck it......i devised the plan myself....took off hella weight now i can eat what i want and just do a quick workout to maintain where i wanna be weight wise.... homie wants to shed pounds quick....so my shit is eat less and workout like an animal to lose 70 pounds....as far as mens health i just put that in case he didnt have an idea of what workouts to do again this is what i did and it worked great ideally i know it would be wise to form some sort of well balanced diet and alternate between weightlifting and cardio so your muscles can rest but i just say fuck it and push my body as hard as i could cuz i wanted quick results....i just went on a strict diet and it was temporary until i got the pounds off....if you wanna take 7-10 months to lose 70 pounds then go to a doctor and have him help you devise a great diet and exercise plan whatever whatever

Is it really that important to do cardio in the morning? I hate getting up extra early in the morning so Ive been joggin late night right before I go to sleep, is this the wrong way to go about it or what?

i still think the key is excercise and diet.....you gotta eat less and healthier fruits and vegatbles are good i would make rice put a gang of veggies in it and throw some salsa on that bitch.....then i would eat fruits throughout the day......eat less AND excercise like a madman and i guerentee the weighht will come off asap......then just get on a healthy diet to maintain it

Eat less, shit more, and burn some calories along the way. The morning cardio is good to burn more calories throughout the day. Its hard to do though if you are lazy and slow in the morning like me. I would still stay away from that ephedra crap they sell. My doctor said it was harmful in any manner you take it.

You don't have to do it in the morning, but you will see faster results if you do.

If you run late at night...that's fine, just be sure to have a protein shake or something before you go to bed.

The problem with this is that crash dieting is extremely bad for you. Yeah, of course it works. It's common sense...you don't eat, you lose weight.

But you also lose alot of muscle, healthy fats, vitamins, etc. that your body needs. It's just not a good idea.

No shit, I havent been eating anything after my jog cause I always heard that when you eat right before you sleep the food goes straight to the gut.
