what supplements do you all take? I have been taking creatine and drinking hella metrx shakes too. I seem to have hit a wall. I have been reading about some other creatine products such as swole v2 and ce2.

Please list everything that has worked for you and how much/often you take. I have a goal of gaining about 15-20 pounds by my birthday in may and have already gained about 10 pretty easily but have seem to get stuck there. I think my workouts are ok, I just need better supplements. but if you have any suggestions as far as workouts go, it would also be greatly appreciated.

ive been on the liquid creatine/protein shakes for about a 2months....ive added like 5-10 pounds muscle, and leaned out a whole lot (used to lil chubby)....im about to cycle off the creatine and stick to the protein shakes......ive heard u get a lot weaker after u cycle off the creatine, but im wondering if u still will see good results.......of course if your really lookin to step it up and get swole, androstein is the way to go........youll be huge in no time......by the way, anyone know off a good way to lean up and lose the fat? i know of rip feul, but u heard that shit is hella bad for you? ive heard of something lean, anybody know anything bout that. holla

I've been using these for about 4 months and been following what tha trainers at the gym been telling me, and damn i have seen results! i lost all of my excess fat and have leaned up alot. My muscles are starting to rip, and fuck im ready for the summer bitches!!!

And Greeddygreg, if you want to lean up, take some Nitro Tech or get some cutting gel. My homie was using that cutting gel and he says it helped him get his 6pack quicker. but i dont know i've never used it

It's only bad if you don't take it properly.

I've been taking it on and off since I was 18 (26 now), and I've never had any health problems.

Don't think you can buy any now though.

You already have the Protein and Creatine, so...

Vitamin C - Everyday
Multi-Vitamin - Everyday
Glutamine - Everyday

If you are trying to gain weight and you hit a wall (assuming you are changing your workout around), you need to eat more. It's as simple as that.

that nitro tech works hella good. its a little pricy though. i use pro rated protein drink and ive put on about ten pounds since the end of football season. its only about 30 bucks for a bucket of that shit at costco too. how much do you guys lift?..

NO...Nitro Tech will not help you get cut. And No...it doesn't have ephedra in it.

Cutting gel sucks...it doesn't work.

The best way to lose weight is to cut out the carbs and do alot of cardio.

If you really must take a supplement...any of the fat loss supplements would probably work. Ripped Fuel, Xenadrine, etc...they are all ephedra free now.

Without getting too scientific, or making some long ass post...it's supposed to help you get bigger.

The best way to lose weight is to cut your calories.

Keep your protein intake up so you limit your muscle loss. Keep your carbs down.
Do cardio...in the morning if at all possible.

huh, ive been doing that.........protein shakes after i work out, at least 1 a day......cut down the carb intake, probably could get some more cardio in, but im really concentrationg on weights.....im almost done with my liquid creatine, im gonna cycle off for about 6 weeks, then maybe get back on powder creatine......i guess i gotta get some more cardio in the trim those abs up.......thanks for you info....

It sounds like I am doing everything right then. I eat at least 5 high protein meals a day. I try to get a sixth one in whenever I can. I change up my routine every 6 or so weeks. but I have heard that there are other forms of creatine that absorb better than the usual kind like swoll v2 and ce2. there are a few others too. has anyone tryed any of these? and what other supplements other than andro help put on bulk?? I dont need to lose fat cause I have none.

You should be taking in Carbs immediately after your workout. Then about a 1/2 hour later, drink your shake.

Few questions for you...

1. How much do you weigh?
2. How many calories do you consume each day?
3. How many grams of protein/carbs are you taking each day?

And if you are trying to LOSE weight, I would ditch the creatine.

1. How much do you weigh?
2. How many calories do you consume each day?
3. How many grams of protein/carbs are you taking each day?

It's hard to give good advice when you don't know these things.

But if you want to gain weight, and you don't seem to be gaining any, eat more. It really is that simple.

High protein is good, but try eating more Carbs, and cutting down on your cardio (if you are doing any). Cardio is the enemy when you are trying to gain weight.

im about 6'2'', weight about 205 , but its not all muscle.....well, sorta, im skinny all over, just have a little (not big by any means) beer belly....my goal is to get a little bigger, but mainly be ripped and to get that 6 pack, the 6 pack is my main goal, then have a nice ripped, tone body.........i try to take in 2,000 claroies or less......sometimes i think i only get in 1,500...as far as protein, i take the high-5 protein shake (30 gs protein i think) once a day, and usually have a gangload of chicken for dinner.....i would say i take in about 50 grams or less of carbs......and like i said, im about to cycle of the creatine, actually at the end of this week, so thats why im wondering if i should supplement something (along with the protein shakes) to get a more ripped body (abs).......or should i just stick to shakes?
