actually he had just played a show halloween night and yes it was on a highway. his van was shot at and flew off an emabankment and hit a tree. i dont know if he died from bullets or the collision but yes that sparked rumors of a feud. not long after kc rapper fat tone was found murdered in las vegas in a car w/ another dude in a constuction zone. they say it was in retaliation
