QUESTION????

are these done with an airbrush or by computer???


Also,,, If I have a simple black and white clean up drawing and I wan't to add color like the pictures above, How would I go about doing that in Photoshop ........(Not meaning the simple click and fill, more of that airbrush feel)

and photoshop has the airbrush tool.. jus mess with the colors and the transparency
try smudging a little too.. dunno

It looks like a mixture of airbrush and by computer....the fonts look like they have been done on computer.

That's all digital work (Wacom Drawn, Digitally Airbrushed, etc)

Try using the Airbrush, and set modes for it (Hard Light, Overlay, Color Burn, Etc) and with your specific color, start brushing and messing around that way.

Another way to do is if you have an outline of your drawing, you can start by making fills of solid colors, and then shape the shadows and blends with the Color Dodge/Burn tool, along with the Airbrush.

anything can be done on computer.. so its hard to tell... i seen murals look like that on cars. but then i seen drawings painted in like that from sketches... photoshop can do it you just got to put the time into it... but samos wrapped it up pretty well..

The main thing is knowing what shadows go where, to get that certain depth or airbrushed look.
