Question For Photographers****************

I been messin with my camera lately just doin different little shit, and Im confused about focusing.. I took these pics on 3 different settings, and from different distances, and Im still getting the same problem.
Its only focusing on an area of the subject, rather than the whole subject... Is there any simple fix for this?

Aperture settings. If you have a low aperture (high number), then it'll focus on the whole image. Large depth of field. With a high aperture (low number), it focuses on a specific subject better because the depth of field is low.
