they need probable cause to search your car,but in most cases i been in regarding po's searching your shit,they'll do it anyway.and theres not shit you can do about that...........
LEGALY they need probable cause,but in my experiences,cops do alotta illegal shit when there the only authority...........

i doubt they'll go through all that, unless they really wanted you.. for instance, if they knew you were moving shit they'll probably have you post up and just bring the dogs there to sniff your car, if they didnt detect shit they'll probably let you on your way. but like a couple people said in here they do alot of illegal shit, ive never been pulled over w/ anything on me while driving but ive been jacced on feet. since im on probation they can search my person anytime they want so im guessin they can run my car too
what's the gun law here in cali for having a gun in your car? i heard something about if you have one legally you can have it in your trunk or the glovebox w/ out the clip in it. in some states you can carry a weapon if its in your name and in a holster..when i was in virginia i knew cats that use to walk around w/ the thang on their hip like it wasnt nothing
if your on parole or probation (pending your probation states that any law enforcement has the right to search your person, vehicle, house) or even court probation. Pigz are hella sidewayz though and if you have any felony convictions and are not on parole or probation they will break like others above said and violate your space and root through your shit if they feel like. Fuck pigz

they cant legaly search shit without a warrant,but like i said,they will if they want.its happened to me a few times when i was younger and out and about..........

the camera will record the po searching the car,but all the cop has to say is he had probable cause like it smelled like shweed,alcohol,you were acting suspicious or whatever the fuck.the cops are the law,so they can break it.........
