Question About "Will-Call" Tickets....

Never done the whole "will-call" thing for some concert tickets so was just wondering something.....do I have to wait and pick them up at the venue, or since I bought them online throught ticketswest, can I just go down to Safeway (that has a Ticketswest booth inside it) and collect my tickets that way? I exactly should it work? Appreciate any help fam.

You pick em up at the concert at their will call I believe. It will be a separate line. Atleast, that's how it was when I won tickets from Kube93.
