Do this...

Charge your regular shipping for overseas/worldwide buyers and add an additional $11, because Registered Mail costs more then $10, but I just swallow the difference in change and settle for the additional $10 cost.

Agreed. I definitely agree, because both parties are happy. My customers who are new to Registered Mail love the fact that they are definitely going to get their package, but they don't like the fact that shipping time is about a week longer, sometimes two depending on where you live. I won't have it any other way.
