This album was supposedly released in the United Kingdom with 1,000 copies. I just bought one off Ebay. The front cover looks blurry, like it was made from someone's home printer on photograph paper. The words on the back also look blurry for the same reason. It is also made on a burned CD with the title of the CD pressed on with black letters. And it came "sealed" in one of those plastic sealers that Wherehouse uses, where they slide the CD in and fold the top over and it sticks.

I was just wondering if that is how the CD is supposed to come or if I just got some cheaply made-at-home bootleg? Thanks.

its to my understanding that van gogh never officially came out, ras kass stole his masters for van gogh and uhh goldyn child from priority records, jetted to NY and bootlegged his own shit, put out "catch me if you can" mixtape and was arrested in vegas a little bit after that.

so what you got is either a bootleg copy someone pressed up cuz they found the songs on the internet (it was leaked before he could even put it out) or its a copy ras bootlegged himself.

couldnt tell you which, but there was no official release...just a buncha bootleg copies flying around, that are available online.

especially since 'understandable smooth' at the end of the album never officially cleared the anita baker sample.
