question about paypal

i have some stuff i want to sell exclusively from my myspacep age via like a lil shopping cart type thing right?

i already have a verified paypal account,i think its a premier account. they are saying something about making a business account with them aswell as making a business name.

if i do this,does this mean i have to pay taxes for the stuff i sell from my page?
