I only use the sportsbook, never the casino or poker.
The one thing about using itops is that you need to use a third party site to put money into your account(I use firepay). When/If you get to take out money, they credit your firepay(or whatever you're using) up to the amount deposited. After that, they'll cut you a check and usually fed-ex it to you.

I got the itch this weekend and set up an account with Bodog.com
I tried to deposit a $20 with my CC and not my bank account (which for some reason were plugging harder than CCs), but they want me to print out a form and make a carbon copy of my CC # and then fax that to some office in the UK... I had to just step back and say fuck all that. Immediatly canceled my account.
