not tryin to be racist at all. Locksmith one of the siccest rappers reppin the bay right now, but do you guys think someone that looks like him can blow up on the mainstream level. I was at a bar that had the mc battles on and all i heard was people making stupid comments like 'watch out he has a bomb' or 'oh shit its another 9/11'. Now these comments are stupid as fuck but do you really think the mainstream public is ready for a rapper that looks like he could work at 7/11


Im not tryin to hate like i said lock is holdin it down and i support him to the fullest, im just askin a question. Do yall think the mainstream public is ready to embrace a indian person ? Holla.

Hell man.. This post been said again? Does it really matter what they look like? Are you gay...? No Disrespect but thats a stupid question.. When I buy a CD I buy it fo' their lyrical skill (But i only buy West Coast rap....) Plus if LockSmith signed wit' a good record company then he'll sell millionz.. New shit is always good shit.. Look @ Eminem he's white and wit' the right record company he sold millionz..

koodog, sadly what you look like does matter. If your tryin to get on a nationwide level anwyays, what you look like has a HUGE factor. I was just askin if yall think the mainstream public is ready for a indian rapper. I dont care bout what someone looks like either, i thought locksmith was sick as fuck way before i saw him on mtv and i never knew what he looked like.

Hopefully he can go down the same road as eminem, but you gotta keep in mind eminem is a 1 outta billion shot. Emine is the ONLY white rapper doing big things outta millions and millions of white rappers.


ps. if you havent copped that watch out now mixtape go swoop it up, i just got it this morning from rasputians and GOD DAMN that shit is defintally sick.
